Biden to address US Naval Academy commencement

WASHINGTON — Vice President Joe Biden is delivering the commencement address at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., on Friday.

The president and vice president traditionally speak each year at commencement exercises at one of the service academies.

President Barack Obama addressed graduating cadets at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y., on Saturday.

Biden also delivered the commencement address at the University of Pennsylvania earlier this month. His 28-year-old daughter, Ashley, picked up a master’s degree in social work.
