Chaulia named vice dean at O.P. Jindal University

CHANDIGARH - Oxford Universiry alumni Sreeram Sundar Chaulia has been named the first vice dean of the Jindal School of International Affairs at the O.P Jindal Global University in Haryana.

According to a statement issued by the university, the new school has been launched through a partnership with the Institute for Sustainability and Peace established by the United Nations University.

The first academic session at its Sonipat campus, which falls within the country’s National Capital Region, will start in August next year with an multi-disciplinary degree in diplomacy, law and business affairs.

An alumnus of St. Stephens College in New Delhi, Chaulia holds a doctoral degree in political science and a master’s in international relations from Syracuse University. At Oxford he earned a second degree in modern history.
