CHANDIGARH - Haryana’s Board of School Education Tuesday announced the postponement of all examinations that were scheduled to begin from Wednesday but officials did not disclose the reasons for this.

“Examinations have been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The examinations will now commence from Sep 22, according to the new date sheet,” an official government spokesperson said.

Earlier examinations in the schools of Yamunanagar district were also postponed due to heavy floods. Now they will also commence Sep 22.

“Examinations of 10 centres of Yamunanagar, which were postponed due to floods, would also be held from Sep 22 according to the new date sheet,” said Shekhar Vidyarthi, secretary of the board.
