NEW DELHI - Kashmiri youth icon Shah Faisal, who topped the civil services examination last year, gave a first hand account of his success to the students of Jamia Millia Islamia University, a university official said Wednesday.

The interactive session - in the form of an open question-answer session - was organised Tuesday by the Centre for Coaching and Career Planning of the university.

“A large number of students came to interact and all of them had a lot of questions. He

tried to inspire the young minds to pursue a career in the Indian Administrative Service,” said Simi Malhotra, media coordinator of the university.

“In his address, Faisal expressed his happiness at being in Jamia and said that his first priority will be to reduce the gap between the administration and the people it represents,” Malhotra added.
