Lucknow University Teachers Empowered Financially

LUCKNOW, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Prof MK Mishra who happens to be the Vice Chancellor of Lucknow University has announced that the teachers of the Lucknow University shall be granted funds so that they can go ahead to pursue their own academic career. Lucknow University chief told the media that such a program shall help all teachers of the university to carry on with their research studies and to enhance the organization like the library and make it better for all students of Lucknow University.

In this regard, Lucknow University Prof Yashvir Tyagi who happens to be the Head of Department for Economics told the media that he is extremely elated and congratulates the idea of the Lucknow University Vice Chancellor which in his opinion shall be an added boost to all academic aspirations of Lucknow University teachers. He also said that special care would be taken so that the money is not employed for any wrong reasons. As a matter of fact the teachers have to drop in personal letters for the funding to the Vice chancellor of Lucknow University.

Reportedly, the Head of the Department (HoD) along with the dean of Lucknow University shall be granted the financial aid which shall strive to bring out the very best out of the department owing to the cumulative association from the Lucknow University teachers. As discussed in the proposal, the Lucknow University Deans will be offered any amount ranging in between Rs 1 lakh - Rs 2 lakh in accordance to their necessity. The Head of the Departments (HoDs) shall get something in between Rs 50,000 - 1 lakh. Lucknow University teachers shall also receive a minimum funding not less than Rs 20,000. It was also said that any Lucknow University department which have laboratory facility with them shall receive extra funding.
