PROVINCETOWN, Mass. - The superintendent of a Massachusetts school district is apologizing to parents for what she calls a misunderstanding over a condom availability policy.
BOSTON - Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick says he objects to a new policy in Provincetown allowing even elementary school students to receive free condoms, and to do so without telling their parents.
