Gujarat University Declares Common Admission

AHMEDABAD, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Gujarat University has declared that the current academic session shall witness a common admission form for all students. Reportedly, Gujarat University shall have a centralized admission system which shall account for all admissions in BBA as well as BCA colleges which are affiliated under Gujarat University. The Gujarat University heads feel that such a setup shall be a wise move and will be equally beneficial to the university as well as to the candidates who come forward to take admission in the colleges certified under Gujarat University. The forms for the common admission shall be made available from June 2 in all colleges certified under Gujarat University. These colleges include Seth Sri RA Bhavan’s College, St Xavier’s College, Government Science College, RG Shah Science College, and KK Jarodwala Science College and CU Shah Science College. It was declared that all students seeking submission shall have to go ahead and submit the common admission forms which should carry all their self-certified documents. They will have to produce all self certified documents both at the time of collecting the forms as well as at the time of admission. Gujarat University campus will issue all admission forms which has to submitted at Defence Bhavan on the other side of the Gujarat University campus before June 5. Besides the Gujarat University Defence Bhavan, Balaji College of Computer Applications of Baroda and the Chauhan Institute of Computer Applications in Panchmahal will also accept the common admission forms. Gujarat University have fixed the requirements for the common admission marks. As per the official notice says, 45% marks is the requirement for any student of the general category and 40% for the reserved category.
