Delhi University Recruitment 2010 Announced

NEW DELHI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Delhi University, which is known as one of the top notch universities in India, has announced recruitment notice for non teaching staffs for 2010. The jobs are being offered only for Indian nationals. There are two types of jobs on offer. There are 31 vacancies for stenographers. The pay scale for this post starts from INR 5200. The age limit is set at 27 years. Those who have passed 10+2 board exams can apply for this post. The candidates need to have an English typing speed of 40 words per minute. Besides they should also be able to possess a shorthand speed of minimum 80 words per minute.

As per the Delhi University Recruitment 2010 notice, there are openings for 131 assistants. The pay scale is almost the same as the stenographers. For this post, a candidate needs to be a graduate. Apart from that, they also need to possess working knowledge of computers. The candidates can be graduates in any stream but the degree has to be from a recognized university. The age limit for this job has been set at 30 years. 93 posts are vacant for the junior assistants in Delhi University as well. The interested candidates need to be graduates or 10+2 degree holders with a minimum of 50% marks. They should be within 27 years of age. The typing speed required for this job is 30 w.p.m. in Hindi and 40 w.p.m. in English.
