NEW DELHI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- DPS (Delhi Public School) Nerul has taken a step back with their accident agreement plan which has witnessed a string of protests and criticism coming from the parents. The DPS Nerul agreement read that in case the school buses of DPS Nerul comes across any accident while carrying the children, the parents cannot blame the School authority for irresponsibility. As an obvious reaction, parents have called this accident agreement to be absurd and have gone ahead to raise their voice against the DPS Nerul administration.

Reportedly, a meeting was held on Friday between the concerned parents and the DPS Nerul authority over the agreement. The back step on the agreement is said to be an outcome of the meeting. However, DPS Nerul refrained from commenting anything on the issue. Even the Principal of DPS Nerul; PC Chhabra refused to answer the media. However, the parents told the media that they have been up and against this agreement which seems illogical to all of them. As a matter of fact the parents pointed out that DPS Nerul charges them for the transport services but they want to play safe in case any accidents take place.

Reportedly, last year December reports of a DPS school bus accident at the Palm Beach Road which resulted in serious injuries for 11 students of the school had surfaced. The parents are adamant in their decision of not signing the DPS Nerul agreement and they said that this DPS Nerul agreement will now be treated by legal officials for their opinion on the agreement. However, the parents told that whatever may be the decision, they refuse to be derailed.
