UGC NET Result December 2009 Exam to be Announced Today

NEW DELHI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com) — University Grants Commission (UGC) is all set to declare its NET Examination Results held in December 2009.

UGC conduct NET (National Eligibility Test) twice a year. June exam result is declared in October and December exam result declared in April every year.

Here I want to give you a brief intro of UGC. UGC is an educational organization, established by Union Government of India in 1956. It gives recognition for various universities in India and also provides funding for the Government-recognized universities and colleges. Apart from its head quarter in New Delhi, it has 6 regional centers in Pune, Bhopal, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Guwahati and Bangalore.

Previously, UGC has declared results for June 2009 in October. Today it will declare the name of eligible candidates for NET exams took place on December 27, 2009.
